Mine's' Strike Threatened.

At a special meeting of the Miners' Delegates Board it was decided to resist •all reductions, and ask the owners to meet the miners to devise a means of averting a struggle, and to arrange a better system among the companies than • the present ruinous competitions. Both resolutions are to be dealt with by the miners lodge without delay.
