The Wanganui Will Case.

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, May 28. The Chief Justice delivered judgment in the Wanganui will case. The sum involved is about L4OOO under the will of the late James Prisk. The testator made two wills ; under the first his wife was the beneficiare, and the second he made to revoke the first under the delusion that his wife was poisoning him. The suit was to settle the validity of the second will." Mrs Prisk claimed under the first, and the public Trustee brought the suit to maintain the second. His Honor fouurl that the second will was invalid, and the first will must be upheld. The question as to the allotment of costs was reserved.
