Defrauding the Customs.
(PEE PBESB ASBOCTATION.J Wellington, This Day. Spencer George Radford, importer, was charged to-day by the Customs with importing nine packages containing goods not corresponding with the entry thereof for which the customs claim«d one hundred pounds penalty. The case was adjourned to Wednesday.
