(PBS PBES9 ABBOOIATIOW.I WxXUKOTON, August 9. The Tramways Bill was read a second time. The Designation of Districts Bill and the Destitute Persons Bill passed through committee. The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Bill was recommitted. A proposal to make the Bill apply to all person o in Her Majesty's employ, not included in the civil service, was negatived. The third reading of the Bill was fixed for next day.
