The Samoan Question.
[Per Press Association]. Melboukne, This Day. The Premier has received a cable message from Mr Seddon requesting the co-operation of Victoria in opposing the suggestion that Great Britain should control Tonga, leaving Samoa to Germany. Mr Patterson replied concurring in the stand taken by Mr Seddon.
