The Mercantile Bank Cases
(PER PUESS ASSOCIATION.) Melboubne, November 21. The Mercantile Bank cases were continued to-day, when Davies, Milhdge, and Muntz completed their statements The latter declared that he was included in the prosecution in order that what might look like a persecution of Davies and Millidge might seem like a prosecution. Davies asserted that up to the last ho felt assured that the balancesheet of the bank was accurate. Cox, informant in the present prosecution, will be put in the box to-morrow.
