Grandstand Handicap — Sea Serpent, 1 ; Musket, 2 ; Scot Free, 3. Sea Serpent led the whole way, and won by a length and a half; time, ltaia 46scc ; dividend, JO7 189. Hurdles— Waterbury, 1 ; Unity, 2 ; Viola 11, 8. Langley the Devil and Eclipse also started, but came to grief at tbe first hurdle. Waterbury followed the other pair until near the home turn, when he made hacks of them, and won with his mouth open by half a length ; time, 3min 32sec,
