The settlers in Peinberton have 1 adopted a wise course in deciding to \ make an urgent appeal to the Government for assistance to complete their , road system, and we hope the deputatiou appointed to wait upon the Premier on his promised visit to Feilding will meet the success their object 1 deserves. Their intention of enlisting ! the services of MrMacarthur, M.H.R., | is wise, because there is no one who takes a greater interest in the settlers' i .velfare than he does.
