TO THE EDITOR OP TH STAR. Sir, — I am sorry to see that the Secretary to the Jockey Club has seen fit to suppress Mr J. E. Henry's name as handicapper to the Hack meeting, after the latter being elected to that office unanimously by the Club. Allow me to tell Mr Sandilands that Mr Henry's name as handicapper will give the public as much confidence as his own as secretary. Hoping to see the proper handicapper's name inserted next issue, I am, &c, One of the Club. TO THE ■ DITOII OP THE STAR. Sir, —By th*» reports in your paper .mi thy Advocate it would appear that Mi Henry was appointed handicapper for th« Feilding Hack Race meeting. By the programme priuted in your paper and Advocate it would appear that th^ handicapping is to be done by d Cumnrttee. Ownerti of horses would like to know when the Committee was appointed, or by what authority, before they enter their horses. - I am, &c.. Trainek.
