fßy Electric Telegraph.— Copyright.l [REUTEB's TELEGBAMB.I London, January 24. The new Cabinet are aware of the imminent risk of immediate war, owing to Prince Bismarck demanding from France the meaning of the military movements at present going on the French frontier. The commanders of the French fortresses have been ordered to be at their posts early in February.
