o The Folding Athletic Sports commence j ! at 10 a.m. on Tuesday next, (Boxing Day). The alterations in the railway timetable are published in another column. An owner for a horse on the property of Mr Shere, at Bunnythorpe, is wanted. Section 208, in the township of Feilding is advertised for sale. The Christmas announcement of Mr Roe, publican, appears elsewhere. Tenders are invited for the erection of a shop in Manchester-stcet. Messrs Ward and Co are now holding a great clearing sale in Mr Nathan's old shop, next to the Bank of New Zealand. Our readers should remember that a grand entertainment is to be given in the Town Hall, on Boxing Night. Tenders for the conveyance of mai's to Awahuri aud Kiwitea close on the 28th of this month. Stevens and Gorton will hold a sale of stock, at their Feilding yards on the 29th inst. Tbey will also dispose of a section of land in the Kiwitea.
