ARREST OF WAKEFIELD. Nelson, This Day. Thc police recently received a warrant for the apprehensi >n of a man named Wakefield, charged with the larceny of two trunks of clothing, the property of Richard Robinson, whose wife followed Wakefield. Wakefield and Mrs Robinson went to the house of a sister of the former, and represented they were man ' and wife. Great indignation was. caused when thc police arrested Wakefield. The ( prisoner wbs remanded to Feilding. j
