FATAL ACCIDENT AT MILTON.
[pee united pkess association.] Dunedin, This Day. A fatal accident happened on Tuesday at Adam's Flat, near Milton. Joh" Paskell, a settler of that place, was at work stripping a seam of coal. He had removed a large quantity of earth, when his son observed the earth fall upon kis fat er. After doing what he could the son sent for further assistance. Dr Reid on examination, found that life was extinct. Death must have been instantaneous as the skull was literally shattered to fragments.
