♦ At the sitting of the District Court, Wanganui, on Monday, Judge Haidcastle proceeded to give judgment in tae c;is of Munro and Temple r. Byddir, Mills, Death, and Govch — Claim for <xcessive distraint for rent. His Honjr said the first thing was to strike out tie name of Temple from the case as plaintff . He thought there was no proof of tenan;y in the case of Temple. The finding )f the jury. on. the 3rd count for £80 woud be set aside, on the 2nd connt the rerdiefc would stand, and judgment would there* fore be for £20 and costs as agreed.
