THE OAMAKU MURDER CASE.
# [I.V Ti.LKGKAPII] Oamabu, July 13. The following is the verdict which the coroner, at the inquest on Sarah Eeatlie or Adams, incribed on the parchment in question: "That a j.crson to the jurors aforesaid unknown feloniously, wilfully, and ot malice aforethought did kill and murder the said :-arah Beattie or Adams, against the ])eaee of our lady the Queen, her crown and dignity." The verdict written roughly by the jury was not the one the jury intended to return.
