EXTRAORDINARY SESSION OF PARLIAMENT. A ROYAL APPLICANT. LONDON. July 12. In the House of Commons to-day the Hon W. I'Y Gladstone definitely announced that an extraordinary session of Parliament would be held in October, in order that Government measures for reform procedure might be proceeded with without delay. HYR.H. the Duke of Connaught of the Rifle Brigade, has applied to be appointed to the command of the army that is under orders for Kgypt.
