1942 ACL PURPOSES APPEAL FRANKLIN'S PATRIOTIC EFFORT A SATISFACTORY RESULT Although £l7 80 short of I lie zone allocation of £20.000, Franklin’s effort in the IDA2 All Purposes Patriotic Appeal must he considered highly satisfactory, although it would have been nicer to have raised the full quota. The deficit will he carried forward to this year when an effort will he made to wipe it off.
