NO INCREASE
TUAKAU TOWN RATES CAPITAL VALUE £213,000 The Tuakau Town Board at its June meeting decided to give notice of its intention to strike the following rates for the current financial year. The amount, it is worthy of note, is the same as last year:—General, Id; hospital. 3-8 d; special rates, No. 1 conversion loan, 15-16 d; 1940 roads improvement loan, 3-16 d. The capital value of the town district 5a about £213,000.
