WOMEN’S DIVISION

THE PUNI BRANCH ELECTION OP OFFICERS There was a good attendance at the last meeting of the Puni Women’s Division when the election of officers took place. Invitations were received to visit Drury, Karaka and Paerata. The balance sheet, which was read by Mrs McArthy (secretary) showed the finances to be quite sound. A new member was welcomed to the Division.

The monthly competition—a buttonhole- —was won by Mrs Pritchard. A competition for gems was won by Mrs Gopsey with Mrs Pritchard second.

The election of officers resulted: — President, Mrs Pritchard; vice-presi-dents, Mrs 13. Landon and Mrs_Jack: secretary, Mrs McArthy; delegates, Mrs Pritchard and Mrs McArthy; treasurer, Mrs Jefcoate; conjpetitions, Mrs Gillanders and Mrs H. Landon; librarian, Mrs Silva: committee, Mesdames Jefcoate, Page, Jack and Silva.
