Mrs Les Hart, of Victoria Street, has been spending a holiday in Christchurch and Wellington. Mrs Geo. Williams, of Pokeno, who entered Auckland hospital recently, with a poisoned hand, has had a finger amputated. Her friends wish her a speedy recovery. The Rev. G. F v McKenzie, M.A., of the Drury Presbyterian Church, has received intimation that he has been successful in completing the examination for the B.D. degree of the University of Melbourne.
