TRAFFIC BREACHES The business of the Papakura Police Court on Thursday was mainly taken up with breaches' of the traffic regulations. failure to produce warrants of fitness, exceeding the restriction area speeds, and negligent driving charges. Fines imposed ranged from 10s to £4 in a case where an inspector had to go off the road at Wiri into the soft to avoid a collision with a car at a bend.
