INTER-CLUB COMPETITIONS ANOTHER ROUND TOMORROW T»EARRANGEAIENT OF THE DRAW Another round of inter-club matches under the Franklin Association is due to be played tomorrow and in most cases this represents the end of the season’s fixtures. In three groups the last match was sel down for Afarcli 'J. hut owing to the near approach of Easter and the fact that the last round was stopped by rain and in most cases is still unplayed, it has now been decided to rearrange IMe draw in the No. 2 groups in both B and C grades. In the B grade Suburban will play the postponed match against Pukekohe East and will play Mangatawhiri in what will probably he the group final the following week-end. In the C grade the postponed match between Bombay and West End-Ijill will be played and the winner of this will he No. 2 group winners. In the A grade and reserve A grade the programme matches will he played and particular interest centres in the second meeting of Waiuku and Pukekohe on the former’s courts. In the first round Waiuku scored a good win which rather upset local calculations but in tomorrow’s match Pukekohe are determined to reverse the decision. The teams are so -well matched that each individual match has possibilities for both sides so a great day’s tennis is assured. Waiau Pa and Karaks, meet on the Waiau Pa courts and on past form the former should win comfortably. In the reserve A grade Pukekohe, who are leading in this grade, wR play Waiuku on the local courts and should win with a bit to spare. West End-Hill play St. James on the latter’s courts and Runciman play Pokeno at Pokeno. The following will represent Pukekohe : A grade. —v. Waiuku at Waiuku: Men, Messrs I. Bayly, R. Lynn, T. Fausett ,and C. Morrin; ladies, Misses V. Sutcliffe, R. Lawri.e and B. Morland and Mrs A. King. Reserve A grade.. —v. Waiuku at Pukekohe; Men, Messrs E. Lewis, I. Fausett, D. Ward, and L. McLean; ladies, Miss E. Ferguson, Mrs Hickling, Miss Lysnar and Mrs Douglas. B grade.—v. St. James at Pukekohe; Men, Messrs P. Hanna, G. Brown, B. Fox, E. Stembridge, H. Wall and G. Dodd; ladies, Misses S. Johnston. S. Richdale, H. Sumner, M. Dunning, Mrs Hanna and Mrs Liddle. The following players will represent the St. James Club: —Reserve A grade v. AVest End-Hill at St. James; A. Fausett. G. Perry, R. Wilson, G. Valder, Miss A. Scott, Mrs R. Wilson, Mrs Shotbolt, Miss H. Dodd. B grade v. Pukekohe, at Pukekohe: R. Perkins, J. Fifk, G. Rush, T. Keven, A. Potter, G Gathercole, Mesdames Rush, McKinnon, Fitness, Keven and Miss N. Perkins.
