HORSEMAN INJURED

FRACTURED LEG SUFFERED HORSE DESTROYED While riding along the Harrisville road at about o o’clock last evening David Smith, drover, Buekland, sustained injuries which necessitated his removal to hospital. His horse shied at a contractor’s truck, Ihe rider suffering a fractured leg. The horse was so badly injured that it was destroyed by the local representative of l.lic Society for Ihc Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
