WHEREAS, under the provisions of the Rating Act, 1925, judgment was given on the 14th day ot February, 1938, in the Magistrate’s Court sitting at Pukekohe, for the sum of Three pounds nineteen shillings and seven pence being the arrears of rates (and costs) due by HARRY WOODS, Farmer, as the owner of ALL THAT piece of land situated in the Provincial District of Auckland containing 80 acres more or less situated in the Parish of Awhitu in the County oL Eden bding North Eastern middle portion of Allotment 70 BOUNDED on the North East by the other portion of the said Allotment No. 70 2800 links On the South East by a line 2845 links On the South West by the other portion of the said Allotment No. 70 3175 links AND On the North West by a road 100 links wide 210 links 1912 links and 616 links be each and every of the said admeasurements a little more or less.
