Power for Orua Bay.

“Minimum guarantees have been signed by five settlers in Orua bay for the extension of the line from Graham’s beach,” stated the engineer, Mr L. G. Sharp, at this week’s meeting o l ’ the Franklin Power Board. Mr Sharp added that the estimated cost of the work was £420 and that the settlers requested that the work be completed before Christmas. The engineer was authorised to proceed with the extension.
