YOUNG MAN FINED.
* A fine of £1 with 12s costs was imposed on Arthur Kenneth Outfield of Mauku, when he appeared in the Pukekohe Court yesterday before Mr F 11. Levien, S.M., charged with operating at Pukekohe an unlicensed motor-cycle. Defendant said he had not ridden the machine on the road between June 1 last and the date of the offence, September 11. On this Occasion he wafe taking a farmhand to a doctor for urgent treatment to his eyes. The entrance to his property being very wet, defendant could not use the family
