Collision Between Cars Near Paerata.
TWO MEN INJURED. MISHAP AT CORNER. Two persons were injured yesterd \y morning in a collision between cars at the corner of the PatumahoeDrury and Pukekohe-Drury roads. Mr T. B. Nicholson received a fractured collarbone and Mr H. P. Smith injured a rib. Both men were passengers in a car driven by Mrs Phyllis Mary Smith of Buckland, and proceeding toward Auckland. The other car, the driver of which was Mr Mervyn Dennett Jacques of Mount Eden road, was going in the direction of Patumahoe. Dr. A. T. Begg attended the injured people. Both cars were damaged considerably.
