OBITUARY.

MR A. ROBINSON

MANY YEARS IN DISTRICT. The deatli of a well-known resident of Drury, Mr Alfred Robinson, occurred at his residence last week. He was born in Manchester 73 years ago, and after living in Auckland he went to Drury, where he has resided for the last 24 years. Mr Robinson married Miss Brooks, who is one of a prominent family in Drury. For many years he has been suffering from illhealth. He was of a quiet, retiring nature, and gained many friends. He is survived by his wife, one son, daughters, Mrs Sigley of Frankton, Mrs Mi L. Robinson of Drury, and four Adcock of Graham’s beach, Misses Elsie and Florence Robinson of Drury. There is one grandaughter. The interment took place at the Drury Presbyterian cemetery and was largely attended.
