rsIOVEMEftST m TUAKAU DISTRICT. FARMERS GIVING SUPPORT. A proposal to form a veterinary club in the Tuakau district and to guarantee a veterinarian a salary so I hat members could obtain his services at a low fee, is receiving the support of the farmers. Conveners, who have held meetings, are Messrs J. Fulton (Whangarata). H. M. Frost (Te Kohanga), L. Logan (Pukekawa). R. J. Glasgow (Onewhero). The acting secretary. Mr A. A. Boyd, informed a Times report er on Tuesday I hat the conveners were awaiting further information from the stock division of the Department of Agriculture. When this came to"hand a public meeting would be held. It was hoped to have an officer of the department to address the meeting.
