COMPLAINT TO council. • . I ACTION TO BE TAKEN. Complaint was made to the Franklin County Couiijcil on Wednesday as to trio number o'f wandering cattle and signed petition \vn» presented to the horses on roads at Otaua. A council asking that some action be taken. as stock was a menace to ItWflc. Mr A. B. Ghezzi and two other residents waited on the meeting, {minting out the danger. Tie stated that two accidents had occurred recently, one being of a serious nature. Some cattle had been on the roads for years, and when an accident occurred nobody would come forward as the owner. The council decided to notify the public that on and after September 1, cattle found straying on its roads would be impounded.
