BADMINTON.
CLUB FORMED AT TUAKAU. PLAY FOUR TIMES WEEKLY. A decision to form a badminton dull at Tuakau was reached at a meeting held last week, after a demonstration had been given to some 30 prospective members. Officers were elected as follow: — President, Rev. L. E. Cartridge; secretary, Air E. G. Roberts: committee, ATessrs .T. Allen, E. Bush and P. McGowan. Some 20 have signified their intention of joining The Oddfellows’ had has been engaged and play will take place on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons. and Wednesday and Friday evenings. An effort is being made this week to form a club at Onewhero.
