HAMILTON STOCK SALE. RECENT VALUES MAINTAINED. The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Ltd.. Hamilton, report :—At Ihe weekly stock sale in the Frankton yards on Tuesday there was a heavy yarding of all classes of sheep, values for wethers being scarcely up to last week's quotations, while ewes showed a slight increase in value. Lambs were again penned in large numbers, competition coming mainly from export buyers, with a result that, lambs sold at about equal to schedule rates. Ox beef was penned in average numbers, there being no change in values, while cow and heifer beef came forward in exceptionally heavy numbers, the over-supply causing a drop in value.
