Notice is hereby given that the above Council at a special meeting held in the Council Chambers, Edinburgh Street, Pukekohe, on Wednesday, March 15th, 1933, passed a resolution making and ordaining by way of special order the Borough of Pukekohe General By-Laws Amendment No. 4, 1933, the objects and purports of which are as under: — 1. To repeal Section 46 of Part 5 of the General By-Laws, 1928. 2. To define and govern the licensing of petrol pumps on streets or public places, and their removal therefrom. 3. To require owners or occupiers of any building, land, or premises within the "Drainage Area" to do such Acts and things as may . be necessary to prevent the breeding of flies, mosquitoes, or such other insects. "4. To provide for the cleaning and disinfecting of poultry and poultry houses. A copy of the proposed By-Laws is deposited at the Council Chambers, Edinburgh Street, Pukekohe. and will remain open to public inspection during office hours up to 4 p.m. on "Wednesday, April 19th, 1933. Notice is given further that the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of thn said Council to be. held in the | Council Chambers.
