Notice is hereby given that the above Council at a Special Meeting held in the Council Chambers, Edinburgh Street, Pukekohe, on Wednesday, May 18th, 1932, passsed a resolution making and ordaining by way of special order the Borough of Pukekohe General By-laws Amendment No. 3, 1932, the objects and purports of which are as under: — (1) To repeal certain portions of •the General By-Laws 1928, General By-Laws Amendment No. 1, 1930, and General ByLaws Amendment No. 2, 1931. (2) To re-define "Ordinary" and "Extraordinary" water supply, and to fix charge's therefor. (3) To fix the annual expiry date for saleyard licenses, and licenses issued pursuant to regulations under the Health Act, 1920 and/or amendments, as December 31st. (4) To define and provide for the licensing of itinerant traders. (5) To constitute a "No Parking" Area on Massey Avenue for a distance of two chains in a right line from King Street and Manukau Road. A copy of the proposed By-laws is deposited at the Council Chambers, Edinburgh Pukekohe, and will be open to public inspection during office hours up to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15th, 1932. Notice is given further that the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the said Council, to be held in the Council Chambers, Edinburgh Street, Pukekohe, at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15th, 1932.
