ORANGE BLOSSOMS.

ESCOTT— GRAHAM. WEDDING AT MERCER. St. Jude's church, Mercer, was recently the scene of a pretty wedding, the contracting parties being Ethel, fourth daughter of-Mr and Mrs W. G. Graham, of Mercer, and Alan, second son of Mr and Mrs Escott, of Tuakau. The Rev. H. V. Salmon officiated. Given away by her father, the bride were a pretty frock of pink crepe de chine, with the orthodox veil and orange blossom. : She carried a bouquet of pink chn r santhemums. In attendance as bridesmaid was Miss Amy Hawke, who wore a frock of pale blue georgette with a hat to tone. Her beuquet comprised yellow chrysanthemums.

Mr J. Knowles attended as best man.

Subsequent to the ceremony, a reception was held at the residence of the bride's parents, some 40 guests attending. Mrs Graham received her guests wearing a black, georgette frock. .:.'.-■
