ARARIMU NOTES. Farmers in the Ararimu district are enjoying a well-earned spell from milking . after a busy season. The majority of dairy herds are almost drybut it will not be long before cows commence coming in again. Feed is plentiful and farmers are endeavouring to conserve this by feeding out hay. Exceptionally heavy frosts, were experienced in Ararimu early this week — probably the heaviest for several years. A dance is to be held in the Ararimu schoolroom on June 20.
