A JOLLY PARTY.

BRIDE-ELECT HONOURED. A "CHINA EVENING." . A delightful party was given at "Ensley," Pukekohe Hill, on Wednesday evening in honour of Miss Meryl Scott, whose marriage to Mr Jasper Massey takes place shortly. About 40 friends of the young couple were entertained, the joint hostesses being Misses Jean Wilkinson and Jean McArthur.

The party took the form of a "china evening," and Miss Scott was the recipient of many charming gifts. Novelties were distributed among the guests, and dancing was enjoyed by all.
