Captain G. Dittmer, M.G., N.Z.S.C., Staff Officer for No. 4. Regimental District, Hamilton, passed through Pukekohe this afternoon en route to the Auckland Mounted Rifles camp at Waiuku.

Miss Myers, of the Pukekohe Post Office staff, has been promoted to a senior position in the Wanganui office and leaves within a few days to take up her new duties in that, office. She will be succeeded by Mr Thorburn, of the Whakatane office.
