OBITUARY.

MR HARRY KING.

WELL-KNOWN WAIUKU MAN. The death occurred at the Auckland Hospital last Friday, of Mr Harry King who has been for many years a wellknown figure in "Waiuku, where he was in business as a chemist. Born in Cowes, Isle of Wight, seventy-two years ago, he arrived in New Zealand with his parents in 18G2. / His father was in business in Auckland as a chemist for very many years, and Mr Harry King learned his business in his father’s establishment. About eighteen years ago he commenced business in Waiuku.

The funeral took place at St. Marks,' Remuera, and was conducted by the Waiuku vicar, Rev. G. P. Morris, and the Rev. C. F. Harrison, a former incumbent of Waiuku and an old friend of Mr King. The ceremony was attended by a large number of his friends. He is survived by two sons, Messrs Harold and Rupert King.
