A singles tournament among members of the Patumahoe Bowling Club was; started on Saturday, to find out the leading player, so that he can compete in the champion of champions match to be'held under llie . auspices of the Northern Waikato Bowling Association. Each game consisted of 11 heads, and following are the results: Phillips 13, v. Furmage 9: Furmage 16, v. Sheppard 4; Furmage ii, v. Howe 8: Lowe 11, v. Howe 6; Sheppard 4. v. Urquhart 12: Johns 17, v. Sheppard 4 ; Johns .15, v. Urquhart 5; Johns 5, v. Furmage 12; Lowe 6, v. v. Furmage 12; Phillips 14, v. Sheppard 11: Madill 5, v. Sheppard 12; Madid - 9, v. Fausett '9; Phillips 22, v. Fausett 1; Fausett 6, v. Furmage 13; Madill 6, v. Furmage 10; Lowe 9, v. Urquhart 6.
