MAN’S BODY FOUND. IN WELLINGTON HARBOUR. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, This Day. The body of Frank Milton Winter, proprietor of the Seaside Picture Theatre, Lyall Bay, who disappeared from Ixis house on August 15, leaving a letter in his overcoat pocket addressed to his wife, telling of his intention to commit''suicide, was recovered to-dav near the Miramar Wharf.
