(Before Mr W. R. McKean, S.M.) Insufficiently Lighted Vehicle. Iris Fulton, who was charged with driving a motor-car without sufficient lights, was fined 5s and ordered lo pay 7s costs. Nelsie Hawke, L. T. Bear, W. J. Crum, H .Dinsdale. J. F. Donnelly, G. Fletcher, T. F. Hodges, and C. Howe, were similarly charged and each was fined 10s ancl ordered to pay 7s costs. T. Rogers and W. Morrell, who drove carts without lights, were each lined 10s and ordered to pay 7s costs. Wandering Horse. Trevor David Lawson was charged with permitting a horse to wander in Seddon Street. Defendant did not appear and was fined 10s and ordered to pay 7s costs.
