After an angry meeting at which the members of the crew of the Fordedale were asked to sign an agreement placing the disposition of their .jobs in the bands of (lie union and guaranteeing to obey any decision of the executive with regard to their work, the men. with the exception of four or five, refused to sign, demanding to know what the decision was first.
