Pursuant to Section 3 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and Regulations made thereunder, Public Notice is hereby given that the Special Roll of Ratepayers in the proposed URQUHART’S ROAD (KARAKA) SPECIAL RATING AREA is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Franklin County Council, Hall Street, Pukekohe, and will remain open for inspection until THURSDAY, the 24th day of February, 1921. Any person whose name appears on the said roll may object to any matter or thing contained in the said roll, or to the omission of any matter or thing from the said roll, and may forward notice thereof in writing to the Franklin County Council within seven days after the said 24th day of February, 1921.
