At the trial of a British lieutenant and sergeant and an Arab for conspiring to smuggle dangerous drugs from Palestine to" Egypt, Gwendolyn Victoria Cooper, of the British Army road show, ‘Jute Box.’ who turned a Crown witness, said the Arab promised her £SOO if the plan to smuggle drugs in trunks belonging to the Army show .succeeded.
