Notice is hereby given that it..is the intention of the Dunedin Dram'! age and Sewerage Board to Introduce "at the Session of Parliament Now Current a Bill to Amend the Dunedin District Drainage and Sewerage Amendment Act,-1916. The Amendment becomes necessary in consequence of the Enactment of the,Local Elections and Polls Amendment .Act, -.1946? and the. object intended to be -effected- by ' the Bill is to provide for the Appointment: of Members of the Board (other than the Mayor, of the City of Dunedin, for the time being) at the appropriate time following every General Election of Councillors held, pursuant to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933.
