OBITUARY
MR HERBERT TEAGLE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Julv 1# .The death has occurred of Mr Herbert Teagle, a past grand master of the Masonic Lodge of New Zealand and managing director of Teagle, Smith, aiid Sons Ltd., general merchants, aged 76. A past president of the Wellington Rotary Club, Mr Teagle was a member of the Wellington' Chamber of Commerce and the executive of the Associated Chambers of Commerce. He was elected Masonic grand master in 1942. MOTHER BERTHA PROBST An Auckland message records the death of Mother (Bertha'Probst, at the age of. 93, at the Convent of the Sacred Heart, Remuera. She was born in Wurtemberg, Germany, and en.tered the Society of the Sacred -Heart at Ridenburg in' 1872. She came to New Zealand in 1905, and in the course of the following 42 years she filled the office of mother superior nt Timaru, Wellington, and Auckland.
