COMPLETE AUTONOMY DEMANDED FOR FRENCH PEOPLE IN INDIA
(Rec. 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, July 9. Cailacha Subbiah, a French Indian member of the French Upper House, demanded complete autonomy for the French in India. He said that any French hesitation would force the people of French India to make decisions' themselves.
