EX-KING CAROL’S MARRIAGE NOT YET LEGALISED

July 9. • The district 'judge, Chermont de Miranda, ruled to-day that exKing Carol’s marriage here last week to Magda Lupescu could not be legalised until their respective divorces were recognised by the Brazilian Supreme Court. Dr Paul Frank reported,to-day that Madame Lupescu was much improved. The crisis had passed and there was every indication that she would recover.
