SYDNEY HAS DRY SPELL: NO RAIN FOR 20 DAYS
SYDNEY, June 24. This month Sydney has had its longest June dry spell on record. No rain has fallen since June 5, making 20 dry days. The previous record for June was in 1883, when no rain fell for 18 days. The maximum temperature on the year’s shortest day was 70deg.
